GTM Unbound is a founder-first ecosystem operating partner focused on AI and SaaS companies, helping growth-stage technology companies navigate market entry and expansion across the United States, India, Singapore, and the UAE. We also work with venture capital firms and accelerators.
By using our website, registering for our Events, or engaging with GTM Unbound in any capacity, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy.
Definitions
As used in this Policy: “You” means the individual accessing our website, attending an Event, joining the Community, or otherwise engaging with GTM Unbound. “Personal Data” means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. “Event” means any summit, dinner, roundtable, mixer, walk, workshop, virtual session, or other programming hosted or co-hosted by GTM Unbound. “Community” means our network of founders, investors, operators, and partners who engage with GTM Unbound through its Events, communications, or platforms, including any mailing list, WhatsApp group, Slack workspace, or directory we maintain. “Client” means any company, fund, or organization engaging GTM Unbound for go-to-market advisory or related services. “Sponsor” means any party providing financial or in-kind support for an Event. “Partner” means any organization co-hosting or collaborating with GTM Unbound. “Site” means www.gtmunbound.com. “Cookies” means small files placed on your device by a website that record details of your browsing activity.
Personal Data We Collect
Information You Provide Directly:
Your full name, professional title, and company; email address, phone number, and mailing address; your LinkedIn profile and other professional social media handles; your professional background, industry, funding stage, and areas of interest; information you submit through registration forms, contact forms, or surveys; and any communications you send us by email, messaging platform, or in person.
Information From Event Participation:
Registration and attendance records; photographs, video, and audio recorded at Events; notes from sessions where you participate as a speaker or attendee; and information shared during networking sessions, dinners, walks, or mixers.
Information From the Site:
Your IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system; pages visited and navigation patterns; referring URLs and search terms; and cookie identifiers and similar tracking data.
Information From Third Parties:
Event co-hosts, sponsors, or partners who share attendee information for a jointly organized Event; professional platforms such as LinkedIn; third-party event registration platforms; and publicly available professional information.
Information We Create:
Records of your interactions with GTM Unbound, including Event history and communication logs; Community membership and preference records; and notes we maintain to facilitate introductions and follow-up.
No Sensitive Information:
Please do not send us sensitive Personal Data, such as government identification numbers, health information, racial or ethnicorigin, religious beliefs, or information about sexual orientation. We do not intentionally collect sensitive Personal Data and reserve the right to delete it if received.

Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share it as follows:
Event Sponsors and Co-Hosts:
When you register for or attend an Event co-hosted or sponsored by a third party, we may share your name, title,company, and contact information with that Event's sponsors and co-hosts, identified where practicable on the Event page or invitation. Each sponsor and co-host is responsible for its own use of your information.
Clients and Partners:
We may share your professional details with our Clients and Partners across the U.S., India, Singapore, and UAE corridors where we reasonably judge doing so is relevant to your professional interests or the context in which you engaged with us.
The Community:
By attending an Event or registering through any GTM Unbound channel, you may be added to the Community, including email lists, WhatsApp groups, Slack workspaces, or curated directories, where your name, company, and role may be visible to other members.
Service Providers:
We engage third-party providers for email marketing, event registration, CRM, hosting, and analytics, who process your information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and use restrictions.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities:
We may disclose Personal Data to law enforcement, regulators, courts, or government authorities where required by applicable law or legal process.
Business Transfers:
If GTM Unbound undergoes a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or dissolution, your information may be transferred to a successor entity under equivalent privacy protections.
Event Participation, Photography, and Media Consent
Photography and Recording:
By attending an Event, you grant GTM Unbound and its authorized co-hosts, sponsors, and media partners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute any photographs, video, or audio in which you appear, for marketing, social media, editorial content, and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, notify a GTM Unbound team member before or at the start of the Event; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this but cannot guarantee exclusion from group coverage.
Community Membership:
By registering for an Event or submitting your information through any GTM Unbound channel, you consent to being added to our community mailing list and, at our discretion, to channels including newsletters, WhatsApp groups, Slack workspaces, or directories. You may opt out of email communications using the unsubscribe link at any time; to be removed from other channels, write to team@gtmunbound.com.
Data Sharing at Events:
By attending an Event, you consent to your name, title, company, and contact information being shared with that Event's sponsors, co-hosts, and where relevant, our Clients and Partners, as described in this Policy.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain Community and relationship records, and comply with applicable legal obligations, consistent with applicable statutes of limitations and standard business record-keeping practices. You may request deletion or correction of your Personal Data by writing to team@gtmunbound.com; we review and respond to such requests in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site, using aggregated and anonymized data. Marketing cookies help us deliver relevant content and measure the effectiveness of our communications. Children and Minors
GTM Unbound's Site, Events, and Community are directed exclusively at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18, and our programming is not designed for or marketed to minors. If Personal Data of a minor is inadvertently submitted tous, we will treat it with discretion and take reasonable steps to delete it. GTM Unbound does not permit content on any channel we operate that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, and we will remove any such content immediately upon discovery and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, or the relevant authority, as required by law. International Transfers
GTM Unbound operates across the United States, India, Singapore, and the UAE. If you are located outside the United States and provide Personal Data to us, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or another country where we or our service providers operate, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, or your consent, for these transfers.
