We also work with venture capital firms and accelerators to help them discover portfolio-ready founders, build presence and deal flow, and access high-signal ecosystem events and networks across these corridors.

GTM Unbound and its authorized co-hosts, sponsors, and media partners may photograph, video record, and audio record events. By attending, you grant GTM Unbound and its authorized partners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute any photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings in which you appear or your voice is captured. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional content, social media, editorial content, case studies, press releases, and archival purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a GTM Unbound team member before or at the start of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from all recordings given the nature of group event coverage.

Community membership:

By registering for a GTM Unbound event or submitting your information through any GTM Unbound form or channel, you consent to being added to the GTM Unbound community mailing list and, at our discretion, to one or more community channels including email newsletters, WhatsApp groups, Slack workspaces, or curated directories. By attending a GTM Unbound event, you consent to your name, title, company, and contact information being shared with that event's sponsors, co-hosts, and, where relevant, GTM Unbound clients and partners as described in this Policy.

Professional introductions:

GTM Unbound's core purpose is to facilitate high-trust connections between founders, investors, and operators. By engaging with GTM Unbound in any capacity, you acknowledge that we may, at our discretion, share your professional information to facilitate introductions and collaborations within our network.

We retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain community and relationship records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
