We’re hiring a Digital Marketing & Content Associate (Full-Time) to lead and grow ourbrand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. This is the perfect role for someonewho’s obsessed with storytelling, understands how digital platforms work, and wants to bepart of a fast-moving, founder-led ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation

Write sharp, compelling content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X — from long-formposts to short captions, event copy, and newsletters.

Design & Visuals

Create branded graphics, carousels, and creatives for social and community campaignsusing Canva or Figma.

AI + Growth Tools

Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline content creation, repurpose content across formats,and optimize social media workflows.

Platform Management

Manage social channels end-to-end — including scheduling, publishing, audienceengagement, and performance tracking across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.

Campaigns & Brand Moments

Support go-to-market storytelling around events, partnerships, founder updates, and otherkey milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or social mediamanagement
• Strong writing skills across formats — from professional to witty and platform-native
• Design proficiency with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI-based content tools.
• Clear understanding of platform-specific tone and growth dynamics across LinkedIn,Instagram, and X
• A proactive mindset with creative energy and a strong grasp of startup and SaaS/AIecosystems

Bonus if You Have

• Experience managing or ghostwriting for a founder’s personal brand or executivehandle
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where speed meets strategy
• Prior experience with community engagement or launching social campaigns aroundevents
