Description
As the Community & Events Manager at GTM Unbound, you will own the execution of founder-led rooms, curated dinners, walks, mixers, roundtables, and summits across key hubs including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and San Francisco.
This role is not about running generic events. It is about creating high-signal rooms where founders, investors, operators, and ecosystem partners meet with purpose. From guest curation to venue coordination, from pre-event communication to post-event follow-ups, every detail matters.
You will help shape how the GTM Unbound community experiences our brand in person and online.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute founder dinners, walks, mixers, roundtables, and summits.
- Coordinate guest lists, confirmations, logistics, vendors, venues, and event flow.
- Work closely with the team to ensure every room has the right mix of founders, investors, partners, and operators.
- Support pre-event communication, reminders, attendee briefs, and post-event follow-ups.
- Maintain event calendars and ensure smooth execution across multiple cities.
- Capture insights, feedback, photos, and key moments from each gathering.
- Help convert events into long-term community engagement and meaningful follow-up opportunities.
Who You Are
You are organized, people-focused, and calm under pressure. You enjoy bringing people together, but you care about quality more than crowd size. You understand that the best events are not always the biggest ones. They are the ones where the right people have the right conversations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in community, events, startup ecosystems, or founder programs.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, venues, speakers, attendees, and internal teams.
- Comfortable working with founders, investors, and senior ecosystem stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work across timelines, cities, and hybrid event formats.
